What are your shipping fees?

We offer free shipping for all US orders over $100, and for all International orders over $150. For all US orders under $100, we offer a flat rate of $6, and for all international orders under $150, we charge a flat rate of $25.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We do our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible, and usually within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on location. All of our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Boise, Idaho using various methods including USPS and Fedex. Generally, orders within the continental US are received within 1-5 business days depending on location. International orders are shipped via Fedex and generally take 2-5 business days depending on local customs.

Do you offer discounts and incentives for first time and loyal customers?

We offer a 10% discount to customers who sign up to our mailing list. Joining our mailing list also gives you access to frequent specials offered only to our subscribers. We do also offer a discount code to those who write a review for any products they have purchased, as your feedback is very valuable to us.

What is your returns policy?

If you receive a Sapling child baby product that is not as described we will replace the item or refund the purchase price. Claims must be made within 7 days from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at [email protected] within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
